All reservations are due in full at time of booking. Excursions are subject to change due to conditions. A portion of package proceeds will benefit the Glacier National Park Fund in the areas of education, trails and research (tax deductible).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Regardless of reason, cancellations of confirmed bookings for Fall for Glacier will incur penalties and cancellation fees from our excursion hosts and hotel provider. Therefore, if you have to cancel a confirmed booking, Fall for Glacier will charge a cancellation fee according to when your cancellation notice is received by Glacier Park Inc. reservations.

· Up to 60 days prior to event, 100% of total bookings is refunded minus a
$200 administrative fee.

· 59-30 days prior to event, 75% of total booking is refunded.

· 29-10 days prior to event, 40% of total booking is refunded.

· Less than 10 days prior to event, 100% of total bookings is forfeited.
